I refer to myself with “I“,”me“, and “myself” here; Yourself as “you“, anything you ask as a “Request” and anything I have created as “Work” or “Finished Request“. Atelier Quest, https://ateliers.quest, is the “Site” and the Terms of Service you agree to is the “Terms“. These are capitalized so it’s easy to read!

This Site is Atelier Quest, a portfolio and resume site combining my creative identities – freakmoch, the artist and seabirdshanty, the developer, into one, neat package. By visiting this Site and Requesting Work from me, you agree to my Terms.

When you request from me, you agree…

1. You have read, understand, and agree to these Terms fully.
2. You are at least 16 years of age
3. I have a right to refuse your Request if I feel I can’t handle it, or if it makes me uncomfortable.
4. You own or have permission to use, whatever character, series, or work you’re Requesting Work of.
5. You are responsible for what you’re Requesting. You can’t hold me accountable if you use my Work and something goes wrong. Once the Work is in your hands, under these Terms, its your responsibility to take care of any legal problems.
6. You won’t request Work of anything that contains hateful or harmful language, or anything sexual- even if what your Requesting is Adult itself!
7. You can’t resell any Work you Request, or anything I provide here (putting the work in RedBubble, Shutterfly, ect) unless you ask me first or have bought commercial rights from me. This includes Crypto and AI – these listed include legal consequences.
8. I will never agree to my Work being used in Crypto or AI, even if I die.
9. I have the right to see if what you Request goes against my Terms at anytime- before, during, and after Work is done- and take legal action if and however necessary, and revoke your access to Work. (AKA. Just don’t try to use my work for Crypto, NFT, or AI purposes, and you’re fine.)

When you access my Site, remember: you have privacy rights under the Privacy Policy! If you comment on my Work, I may use it as a testimonial here.

There might be fandom-related images used on my Site in my web designs, or characters used in my portfolio work. I don’t claim these as my own – They’re for example use only. If this violates your copyright please notify me via the Contact Form IMMEDIATELY.

If you have any problems with your request, you have every right to dispute it in writing within 7 days after the Work is done. You cannot sue me over these rights, and you cannot hold me accountable if your request suddenly lands you in legal trouble. Again, You are responsible for the Work you are Requesting.

I can change these terms at anytime, and will notify anyone who has agreed to these terms before when I change them.
